5.2.3. Pulsatoria, square signal generator
VCLICK generator is used to measure the transient response of a circuit. With VCLICK, we can control all the factors that affect a square wave.
- V1. V1 voltage after initiation of impulses.
- V2. Voltage V2, secondly for pulse.
- TD (Time delay). Delay time, tension that will remain in V1 until this specified time.
- TR (Rise time). Rise time, time required to reach V1 V2 (rise time should not be equal zero).
- TF (Fall time). Decay time, the time required to change the tension of V2 to V1 (again, fall time must not be equal to zero).
- PW (click width). Pulse width. While the pulse remains in V2.
- PER (Period_of_pulse). Pulse period. A cycle time (variation of the signal without that recur).
For example, to get a square of built-in signal with a voltage maximum of - 0, 1v to + 0, 1v put V1 = - 0, 1 and V2 = 0, 1, the times of rise and fall of the signal (the times of transition) put them as small as possible TR = TF = 1uS, the delay time initial make it negligible TR = 1uS, the period
so that the wave is square with a duty cycle of 50, the width of the pulse
